About The BOZEMAN Family of Brunswick County,N.C.
The Bozeman's of Brunswick County were mostly farmers and fishermen. Most lived in a small town called Shallotte, which is located in Brunswick County.Althugh some lived in Ash and some lived along the South Carolina Line. This is not unusual since Brunswick County is on the East coast of North Carolina, boardering The South Carolina line.To the North is New Hanover County, where Wilmington is located. For years Southport was the County Seat and had the only hospital in the county. Now there is a very large complex in Bolivia that house all the Government offices. The Bozeman Family is connected to the Cheers,Long and Carlisle Families. Also to the Gray Family in North Carolina. And the Arnold Family in Tennessee. And the Danford family as well.
Please feel free to browse around and let me know if you see something that is incorrect or needs to be changed.I greatly appreciate all input from anyone who has an interest in our line. I am really interested in any and all photos that you might have. You can send a copy to me at my e-mail address.
Like all Genealogy sites, this is a work in progress, where the work is never done,if you see anything that needs to be changed let me know. After all, this Site is for everyone.

Getting Around There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.
In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool. |
